Pizzeria Taormina in Auetal

Spontaneously ordered on a Sunday in the Corona Lockdown and very positively surprised. Delivery within 50 minutes and the food was fresh and hot. Schnitzel with mushrooms and peppers very tender and tasty, French fries crisp and not saggy.

Small but nice. Food was very good - service (boss) was mega. It's a shame that the location at the intersection was a bit inconvenient.

Good pizza, luckily also in a small size. The schnitzel was super tender. The location is ideal for a detour from the motorway. If I lived there, I would be there more often.

I do not go to Taormina anymore. As a guest you just have the feeling of annoying. It's not the fault of the guest if the team in the restaurant does not work or is too small. Long waits are not nice, but you would understand if you received a friendly response to the demand, WHEN you can finally order. Or if after almost an hour no dish is ready. "We are a restaurant here and not a fast food" - sorry, 30 minutes for my drink plus an hour for a pizza, here's something wrong. But understandable when you see that only one person cooks and makes service. It becomes very critical when an order comes in for abroad - because then the 15 pizzas are of course packed in between. Basically everything is annoying. Also honest feedback, if the food was not optimal, commented cheeky. The friction of the team are unfortunately often held in front of the guests, that does not work. The prices are a bit high in some dishes, a large salad to "eat" missing completely.

The pizza and salad were really good. The exit from the A2 is worthwhile. Price and performance are consistent. The service more than friendly. We were greeted with a smile and Luke immediately got a sound with water. Toilets are clean and the restaurant friendly and bright. We will be back. 👍💐

Service and food was amazing! Very friendly staff, good quality pizzas the base of the pizza is the perfect thickness and the right amount of toppings. Price is also super, recommended!

A good pizzeria that I like to go to in summer. Then you can enjoy your pizza under the abundant umbrellas and smoke a cigarette. Unfortunately, the street noise is strong and the pizzas have become smaller in recent times.

Meting point for locals. Went there for a beer. Friendly and welcoming.
